Shipping policy

We will do our best to ship your items within 3 business days. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our products there may be a slight delay if your selection is part of a newly made batch. If you need your items within a specific timeframe, please provide a note on your order and reach out to journeycandle@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

We will ship your items using the method you select at checkout. Shipping timeframes are estimates that are automatically provided by the shipping company. We cannot guarantee, nor be held responsible, for any delays once the order leaves our possession. If your order qualifies for "Free Shipping" we will send the order using standard ground shipping options.
