Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, for store credit only, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Online Refund + Exchange Policy
Online shopping is amazing. We are proud to offer a unique and handcrafted items. As a small business, shipping is very expensive - we do not get postage or courier deals like Amazon or other big corporations. The amount we charge for shipping rarely covers the actual cost of shipping. Therefore, to reduce the chance that a product is not right for you, we encourage you to reach out to us with your questions! Need a better idea on the fragrances? Perhaps additional dimensions? Would you like some additional pictures of the product? Please email us at journeycandle@gmail.com! We would be happy to provide you as much detail about each of our products as we can.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, all candles and melts are final sale. In the event of damage during shipment, please take photos and contact us immediately. We will be happy to send out a replacement. Unsure of a scent? We encourage you to contact us for sample availability.
Items being shipped back to us for return or exchange must be postage paid and shipped in their original or equivalent packaging. For returns, the cost of shipping will not be refunded. For exchanges, the cost of shipping the item back to the customer will be covered by us. One exchange is permitted.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We highly recommend you include insurance when you purchase postage for returns. We will not provide refunds or exchanges for product that is returned damaged. Refunds will be issued once the product has been received in good condition. Exchanges will ship out after the product has been received in good condition.
